SEDUZE RETURNS POLICY
1. Please email or call us within 24 hours regarding exchange,
2. A return authorization No will be offered immediately once you called or
mailed us, the product must be shipped back within 24 hours of recieving the
product, without an authorization No or exceed the time sending products to us
will not be accepted.
3. Before sending products back to us, please add add a note describing
the problems, with all your details, including order No, phone No, Address and
Email Address. Please also write which dress that you want to exchange to.
Without an order No and an Authorazation No we will not be able to
process your return. Failing to comply with these requirements, means that your
request for exchange will be invalid.
The exchange will be proceed only if the dress is in the original
condition, i,e, with tags, no perfum, in the original packing etc.
No refund for returned product, we offer only
exchange! Unless product is defective or
received wrong product.
1. Shipping cost
for exchange both ways is at customers expense.
2. Customer need
to contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product either by phone or by
email to request for an exchange.
3. The product
needs to be sent out to us within 24 hours after receive the Authroization
No.
4. If requested
product is out of stock, then it wont be shipped by next day, it might take
about 28 days to delivery, subject to product availibility.
5. First time
exchange per transaction will be free of charge (excluds postage) , second time
will occura 15% surcharge(in total value customer paid) to cover our
cost.
6. For faulty
products we offer customer a full refund, however, please be advised we check
all our products before sending out.
